STRONG START PROGRAM
The training wheels to your fitness regime.
(Bike helmet not required but strongly encouraged for comedic purposes)
You want to know exactly what to do when you enter the gym doors. This individualized program design gives you personalized workouts that fit your needs, current fitness level and schedule. A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) will be conducted and corrective exercises will be prescribed to focus on areas of weakness and instability. You can have the program revamped every 4-5 weeks so that you can keep making progress!
This is a 2 week program.
