A SPORT SPECIFIC PROGRAM FOCUSED ON BUILDING TEAM MORALE, ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT, SKILL, STRENGTH, AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN!

We won't make you do sharing circles or trust falls, but Team Training makes a notable difference in teamwork, agility, strength, speed and skill.

The Team Training Program is designed to enhance athletic development of minor sports teams. The program teaches proper training techniques, emphasizes functional movement, works to eliminate weakness and asymmetries throughout the body, and exposes the athletes to challenging and complex movements. This style of training encourages positive team chemistry, as well as a development in strength, mobility, agility and speed. The athletes will notice much improvement in their proprioception, balance and power output.

TEAM TRAINING includes a 60-minute Group Training Session which includes the following program elements: 

  • Dynamic warm-up

  • Strength and Power Training

  • Anaerobic Conditioning

  • Torso Training

  • Cool Down & Flexibility

  • Nutritional Support, Goal Reevaluation and Lifestyle Coaching
