Bite-Size Broadway features local youth in a concert-style showcase! Celebrate music and the power of the imagination with four mega mixes from the Broadway favourites; Newsies, High School Musical, Moana and Matilda! Patrons of all ages will love watching the cast, ages 7-18, showcase all they have worked on this year. Without sets and costumes to whisk us away into these various worlds, the cast members will use character development, choreography and their skills in singing, dancing and acting to encourage our own imaginations to ignite and engage in the story.

 Meet The Cast!

Meet The Artistic Team!

The Artistic Team of Devan and Paige Ballagh, co-owners and co-directors of Studio 410, couldn’t be happier to be bringing their brand new program “Bite-Size Broadway” to you this year!

After a LONG two years off, it is electric to be back in the theatre, with the kids on the stage, bringing these stories to life!

As sisters who grew up playing make-believe “directors” and putting on shows in the backyard, any Studio 410 Production is very close to their hearts. From a very young age, both girls have been very involved in all aspects of the performance arts, starting off their professional careers with Drayton Entertainment’s production of “Canadian Loonie” (2002). Since then, they have appeared on stages across Canada, United States and Europe.

Credits to date include (selected): Drayton Entertainment: Fiddler on the Loose (2019), Canada 151: Better Late Than Sorry (2018), Celtic Christmas at Drayton Entertainment (2016), Sorry ... l’m Canadian (2006, 2008, 2014), High School Musical (2010). Other: Walt Disney World, Florida MainStage (2010), represented Canada at the Canadian National Exhibition (2010-2014), performed alongside Rawlins Cross at Tignish Festival PEI (2012), East Coast Tour (2011-2015), Ireland Tour (2016), StepCrew US Tour (2016-2020). Victoria Playhouse Petrolia: East Coast Kitchen Party (2018), Fiddler on the Moose and Christmas Jamboree (2017).

This coming summer, Paige and Devan will be performing in Drayton Entertainment’s remount of “Fiddler On The Loose” in Cambridge and Grand Bend. Their all-original musical “Joyful Little Noise” will be at the “Here For Now” Festival in Stratford July 12th-24th.

“Thank You!” is not enough to all those involved in the production. Much love to their families for living this experience with them. Thank you!

Studio 410 Productions Inc.

Studio 410’s brilliantly inspiring take on how we can all make a difference by using our own “Joyful Little Noise” will leave you full of hope! Featuring beautiful original music by London composer, Stephen Ingram, the talented youth cast chronicles the importance of the “little” things; all the things that remain when all else falls away. The last couple of years have been hard, but we can take the dark and make it art…we can celebrate and lean into things that are always there for us; love, music, dance, kindness. “Joyful Little Noise” is fun for the whole family, and is sure to touch everyone in a personal and meaningful way. Auditions open until April 11th, 2022.

If you love singing, dancing, performing and being active, this is the perfect camp for you!

Hanover Camp: July 25th - 29th, 2022

Teeswater Camp: August 22nd - 26th , 2022

Bite-Size Broadway is continuing!

In the fall, when we audition for our MTC (Musical Theatre Company) production, we will have two “tracks”.

21 students will be selected to be in the MTC musical production, and the other students will be part of Bite-Size Broadway program. This will allow ALL students that audition a chance to continuing training in singing, dancing and acting, as well as time to shine on stage!

This past year, Studio 410 brought their all original song-cycle to the big screen! The pandemic made creative thinking necessary. This feature film showcases beautiful original music by London composer, Stephen Ingram, musical numbers featuring the triple threats of the all youth cast, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at creating and presenting original work during a global pandemic.

This show chronicles all of the things that can not be cancelled - love, dance, friendship, music, etc, even when everything else falls away.

“Not Cancelled” is available now, for FREE streaming online.
