The Artistic Team of Devan and Paige Ballagh, co-owners and co-directors of Studio 410, couldn’t be happier to be bringing “DanceWorks” to you again this year!
As sisters who grew up playing make-believe “directors” and putting on shows in the backyard, any Studio 410 Production is very close to their hearts. The Artistic Team Devan and Paige Ballagh, are co-founders and directors of Studio 410 Productions Inc, a registered not-for-profit company that promotes engagement in the arts through education and performance experiences, with the aim of encouraging confidence and empowerment in young aspiring performers. From a very young age, both girls have been very involved in all aspects of the performance arts, starting off their professional careers with Drayton Entertainment’s production of “Canadian Loonie” (2002). Since then, they have appeared on stages across Canada, United States and Europe. This coming summer, Paige and Devan will be performing in Drayton Entertainment’s remount of “Fiddler on the Loose” in Penetanguishene, ON and Kitchen Party Leftovers in Petrolia, ON.
Studio 410’s Musical Theatre Company has produced yearly musicals that feature local youth. Director/Producer/Choreographer credits to date include: “Seussical The Musical” (2016), “Band Geeks” (2017), “Legally Blonde The Musical Jr.” (2018), “Shrek Jr.” (2019) and “Frozen The Musical Jr.” (2020). In 2021, Devan and Paige brought an all-original song cycle to the big screen; “Not Cancelled: The Musical”. In 2022, their all original musical “Joyful Little Noise” was born and was presented at Stratford’s Here For Now Festival. Bite-Size Broadway is an original program and is now in it’s second year.
When not working at the studio, Paige works within her “Bright Side Creative” studio, and released an original poetry book, “Waking Up”. You can stay up to date and follow her at www.paigeballagh.com. Devan is founder of 410Method - a deep health transformation program, teaches music, and released her debut solo album “Million Little Pieces”. You can follow her at www.devanballagh.com . Her greatest joy is being “Mom” to Cameron.
“Thank You!” to all of the students, and parents, that make this program possible!

Audition this coming fall!
In the fall, when we audition for our MTC (Musical Theatre Company) production, we will have two “tracks”.
Students will be selected to be in the MTC musical production OR part of Bite-Size Broadway program. This will allow ALL students that audition a chance to continuing training in singing, dancing and acting, as well as time to shine on stage!
In 2021, Studio 410 brought their all original song-cycle to the big screen! The pandemic made creative thinking necessary. This feature film showcases beautiful original music by London composer, Stephen Ingram, musical numbers featuring the triple threats of the all youth cast, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at creating and presenting original work during a global pandemic.
This show chronicles all of the things that can not be cancelled - love, dance, friendship, music, etc, even when everything else falls away.
“Not Cancelled” is available now, for FREE streaming online.
Jesse Curran tragically lost his life on May 16, 2020 in an accident. This fifteen year old was so full of life, it was contagious!
He is described to have such a positive spirit, attitude and energy about him, and that needs to live on.
The Jesse Curran Fund was created to offer assistance to youth by providing enrolment fees for Studio 410's Camp Spark, MTC (Musical Theatre Company), or Bite-Size Broadway Program.
Now accepting applications and donations.
We’d love your input!
Our fall programming (Bite-Size Broadway and our Musical Theatre Company) offer classes for ages 6-18. We currently have a gap in our programming for ages 3-6 in the fall months. We are reaching out to you, our DanceWorks community, to see if a fall session of DanceWorks classes (Tiny Tots ages 3-4, and Junior ages 5-6) would be of interest to you! We will take your input into consideration as we plan our 2023/2024 season!
